Burls hand-built custom titanium track, fixie & singlespeed bike frames are available in a selection of tube profile options. Tubes range from round section tubes through to aero, oversize, diamond and ovalised.

Available as frame only or full bikes, our Ti frames are custom built and are available from a range of different models and sizes.

Designs vary from classic horizontal top tube, compact and semi-compact with the option of curved or straight seat stays and chain stays.

Complete bikes and steel bike frames are also available, as with any Burls frame - please email or call for component prices.

1. Achieve The Perfect Fit

Geometry

We'll work with your measurements to achieve the perfect fitting full bike for your requirements.

We recommend using a web app such as Bike Geometry Calculator for recording and comparing bike fits and frame geometries.

2. Refine Your Custom Bike

Design

Once we have a working geometry we'll create a CAD drawing, liaising with you every step of the way to achieve the perfect specification and component choice for your custom titanium fixed gear/singlespeed or track bike.

Delivery

Before leaving the Burls workshop we check each bike over before carefully packaging and shipping to your door (new bike day is almost here!)
